This page explains, in plain language, what happens to the information you share with Morocco Private Escape — whether through our trip request form, by email, by phone or on WhatsApp. We keep this simple on purpose: we're a small, founder-run travel business, not a large company with complicated data practices.
When you fill out our trip request form, we collect what you choose to share: your name, phone number, email address, travel dates, route preferences, number of travelers, accommodation and budget preferences, and any trip details or special requests you write in. If you contact us directly by email, phone or WhatsApp, we receive whatever information is naturally part of that conversation.
We use this information for one purpose: to understand what you're looking for and reply with a personal, tailored travel plan. Ayoub Ibrahimi and Ayoub Amraoui, the founders, read and respond to every enquiry themselves — your details are never handed off to a call center or automated system. If you go on to book a trip with us, we use your contact details to stay in touch before and during your travel.
We don't sell your information, and we don't share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We don't add you to a mailing list unless you ask us to. We only reach out about the enquiry or trip you've contacted us regarding.
Our trip request form is processed securely by Netlify, the platform that hosts this website. WhatsApp messages are handled through WhatsApp's own platform, and phone calls through your mobile carrier — we don't control how those services handle data in transit, only what we do with your message once we receive it.
We keep enquiry details for as long as is reasonably useful for planning your trip and following up with you, and we remove old enquiries that are no longer relevant. If you'd like us to delete your information sooner, just let us know and we will.
